Hi I am a male 22 I had unprotected sex after 2 weeks I had a white spot on the head of the penis. And fungal rash in my inner thigh (because of gym I think) along with a clear penile discharge (sometimes). After applying travocort cream the rash has gone but the white spot remains with a bit of pain in testes. The penile discharge happens really less. Is it a yeast infection?

yes it's due to unprotected (unknown female) sexual activity . it's STD(Sexual Transmitted Disease) pain in testis , not fungal infection, so take PEP (HIV?( Preexposure prophylaxis is defined as the administration of antiretroviral drugs to an uninfected person before potential HIV exposure to reduce the risk of infection and continued during risk. so you required treatment.
