I am 38 years old female my iron level is 16.9, ferritin 4.1, haemoglobin 9.4 I am prescribed tablet scor hb once a day for 3 months and injection ferrum 10/500 mg/ml once a week for 4 weeks my query is does iron tablet alone will not cure my anaemia why I need to take injection ferrum.

Actually either injection or tablet if taken alone will not help. they will improve the condition and then will. come back to same state. As the cause of low iron is not only lack of supply. Consult and take proper homeopathic treatment for permanent solution.
