Hi, Keto and Paleo are both different diets but on the same principle of low carbohydrate. These diets are used for therapeutic conditions and the repercussion is weight loss. Thus people are following these diets as fad diets without understanding the science and side-effects behind it. If followed for a long time this may drop your immunity and make you susceptible to various diseases.
