Hello, I am 24 years old and have not had sex before. I have a part of the skin of the scrotum attached to the base of the penis from the bottom. The adhesion is very little and does not reduce the length of my penis, but I am worried that I cannot have sex in the future or I could face difficulty in that. I hope for help.
