Hello doctor. I have recently heard about polydactyly. I am 7 months pregnant. I want to know if it is more common in males or females?

Polydactyly is very common as 1 out of 500 to 1000 babies are born with the condition where they have extra fingers or toes. Polydactyly, however, is twice as common among men. Males are more affected than females.
