Im 26ear old and having chest pain after doing workouts should I leave doing workouts or is it due to any other reason? I do mainly push ups sit ups crunches and other weight lifting exercises.

Looks to be a masculoskeletal pain. Give rest to the part where it hurts you. Apply dry heat and volini spray locally 2/3 times a day. May take carisoma compound tablets. 1 tab twice daily for 5 days. Physiotherapy like ultrasonic and short wave diathermy may also be beneficial. Take 8 - 10 of such sitting.
