U may be suffering from a condition called hyperhidrosis exact cause is still not known but it is believed to be due to sympathetic overactivity. Sometimes thyroid disorder can also lead to these condition. There are treatment such as use of aluminium chloride but I suggest you to visit a physician or dermatologist for a detailed history.
