Hi doctor, I had two early miscarriage due to pcos and one ectopic pregnancy. My doctor prescribed me to have glycomet sr 500 tablet daily once for next planning. But I don't have any diabetics when I tested last time though. My worry is, if I start taking this tablet will this make my body to be to addicted to this medication for life long?(my mother is taking same medicine for so many years now ). Will I be able to stop this medicine after a successful pregnancy? Please help me out. Is this medicine generally used for pregnancy planning phase? Kindly respond.
