My boyfriend and I started having unprotected sex, but later he put on a condom and ejaculation done. The sperm deposited in condom. The condom is not leaked or torn. As for safety plan b I took ipill in 3-4 hours. He says there was no pre-cum. Could I be pregnant?

If the condom breaks: if you're concerned about pregnancy, call your doctor, nurse practitioner, or health clinic immediately to ask about emergency contraception. There's no way to know your exact chances of pregnancy in a specific situation. But if your boyfriend pulled his penis all the way out of your vagina before any semen (cum) came out, it's doubtful that you would get pregnant ? even if the condom broke.

Wait for your next menstural period. If you taken an I -pill within 3 - 4 hours, there is little chance you would be pregnant. Just do not make i-pill a regular habit, it can cause hormonal problems if used often.
