Hello. I'm a 18 years old girl and I am suffering from fissure for a year and now. The doctors I visited asked me to use laxatives such as polyethylene glycol oral solution which i've used for 6 months and for last three months I am using cremaffin. Is it okay to have continuous consumption of laxative? And do I require a surgery? Cause one doctor said surgery is not required and another said surgery is must. I do not know how to get rid of this.
