Hello doctor, I am in it job since 9 years, I work 8-9 hours in front of laptop. I am suffering from migraine since 5 years. Initially it used to happen 4 times in a month then slowly slowly it started everyday. Then I wen to neurologist, he gave me amnurite and provanol to get rid of this disease. I am taking these medicines since 1 year. I am completely fine now. But when I don't eat these medicines my headache again starts. I do exercise and walk daily. I take lot of water daily. I take very normal diet which includes dry fruits, fruits, chapati, sabji, salad etc. I am eggitarian, so I take eggs almost everyday in my breakfast. Please let me is there any solution to get rid of this disease without continuing medicines for life time.
