Can the body kill pinworms without medications?-----KILL WITHOUT MEDICATIONS? Or at least detect the presence of these worms and flush out automatically without taking albendazole. If yes please explain.

Mr. Lybrate-user, no body can not flush pin worms without albendazole or pyrntel pamoate or for that matter any other anthelmentic. Drugs are needed to kill adult female worms which lay a lot of eggs (11000 to 16000) around anal opening and also for eliminating eggs. Albendazole kills adult worms and breaks the life cycle. So the answer to your question is without drugs pinworms can not be eradicated.
