Hi, I am 21 years old, 40 days back I had an sexual intercourse and my condom broke, I tested negative after 10 days in hiv dna pcr and after 28 days I tested negative for all the stds do I need for the retesting again. I am very worried about my health condition. I am having gastric problem like mild burning sensation and loose motions (but I only goes 1 time in the morning. What should I do now? Please tell me.

This is to cover the small chance that you take longer than four weeks to generate an antibody response. Extending this to 6 weeks means the confirmatory test is no longer needed.
