Hii i'm shruti. I had unprotected sex on my 29th day of the cycle since I thought I would get my periods in a day as my cycles are always regular. But it's been 2 days o haven't got my periods yet. Should I take the emergency contraception?

If you have regular periods of 28-30 days then sex on 29th day is not likely to give rise to pregnancy. Emergency contraception needs to be taken within 72 hours of intercourse- ideally as early as possible. After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts. Means if taken so close to expected period it gets delayed. If no withdrawal bleeding after emergency contraceptive within 10 days as well as the period is missed then to do a pregnancy test.
