My kid is four years old. He is having cold and cough. And since last night he is coughing too much. Today I consulted a pediatrician. He has given zithrox, nilcough syrup and prednisolone syrup. But today he can't even able to sleep due to excessive coughing. What can I do. Can I give him montelukast syrup now as he is allergic to dust and all this is because of his allergy.

Give her underlying homoeo medicines : @.Bryonia alb 30ch -2 drops x 3 mixed with 1tsfl of normal water. @ Heper sulph 30ch -2 drops x3 with 1tsfl of normal water. your doctor prescribed steroid which is very strong. u can add montek lc 3ml at night. prednisolone syr is steroid, not good for health.
