Hello sir/madam I am facing the problem of mouth sores. They occur very frequently. I take several medicines but don't get permanent solution, currently I am taking betnesol & bikasul caplsules, please advise what to do?

Dear, I m not clear why are you taking betnasol I would like compete history picture, if possible see you clinically with drugs like betnasol I don't think you should take it lightly, metrogyldg gel apply will b of help in the mean time.

Dear in majority of cases - the mouth sores are caused due to constant stress effecting or weakening one's immune mechanism. These medicines give one temporary relief. If you want complete relief than you have to introspect the cause of your stress and take care of it. Betnesol is corticosteroid and I do not advise my patients that - it may rebound even if we gradually taper its use. There is an ayurvedic medicine - with the name curenext - a tumeric extract, which I feel may be more helpful.

First stop tab. Betnesol unless given for any other indication than oral sores. Continue tab. Becosule twice daily for 3 days further and take betadine gargles, xytee gel for local application. If you dont feel relief in next 3 days with these, let me know.
