I am having hearing loss from last 4-5 months as got cavity in december 2021. I got surgery to remove fungus from sinus and after that hearing loss started. Now using hearing aid of profound level. But still hearing power decreasing. There is white fluid/resha is coming from my ears which caused perforation on ear drum. Please help me with this. Now I am having suggested by doctor to clear nasal so that fluid/ resha in ear can get reduced. If there is any ayurveda or homeopathic med I can start to cure this. Please help me.
