Frozen shoulder is usually due to any injury or overuse of that hand or or overuse or from a disease such as diabetes or a stroke. It is not usually due to lack of vitamin d but the three supplements that can really help reduce inflammation for my patients are: omega 3 (fish oil), vitamin d, and the spice turmeric.
