I am 64 years old with controlled diabetes. When I use my hand applying little pressure on my thumb and fingers (eg. While writing with pen, watering plants with rubber pipe or changing clutch/ gear of scooter), I get cramps in my thumb and fingers after half an hour. Is it a sign of rheumatism?
