My dad carried out a scan/x-ray on the head and it was revealed that he had blood in the brain, obviously in the wrong places. This resulted to involuntary continuous spitting action as he says he feels there are granules-like object in his mouth. What is your take place for information and treatment?

Any brain injury due to trauma or age related or spontaneous injury causing bleeding in the brain presents with symptoms from mild change in behavioural patterns to severe forms of weakness and paralysis. Need to see neurologist for care.
