Yesterday I met with an accident. Doctor said its minor fracture and some scratches on bone. And he said tantu (????) damage ho gaye hai. He prescribed to bed rest for 1-3 weeks. I will fed up for that much time. Any way to heal this fast? What should I eat or do for speedy recover.
