1) any breast feeding woman should decide and use family planning method to avoid pregnancy as high hormonal emergency pill may interfere with breast feeds. 2) now it is better not to take and wait and do blood test serum hcg-beta 14 days later (assuming you will not have another sex without properly understood and decided family planning method)
