Hi. Lybrate user. Avoid more non- veg, spicy, oily, fatty foods. Avoid road sided foods. More spicy foods can constipation and cause of pain in piles. Avoid more alcohol intake. Avoid smoking, try to eat more saturated fiber rich meals. Eat salad, dalia, khichhdi twice a week. Green veg. Liquid veg. Avoid dry veg, drink 8 glass of water in a day. Take fruits juice thrice a week or if possible take daily in morning.
