I have a metabolism problem, I eat the healthiest food, red meat once a month, fish fortnight, predominantly veg food cardiac exercise 2 times a dsy at gym, no drinks, no smoke, only 1 to max 2 cups of tea a day with minimal 1/4 spoon sugar, minimal sweets, lots of fresh fruit, only almonds and apple fir6lunch YET, my weight does not reduce, Infact keeps increasing. I must b having some thyroid issue, something to do with my metabolism, How do I find the root cause, what blood/other tests need to be done to address this My sugar is within limitmX 130-140 after food, and BP too (90/130) (although not ideal, on border), The only medicine I take regularly is CTD-O 6.25/40 and Feburic, asvI hv uric acid issue. Please help /advise.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan. EXCLUDE / LIMIT THESE FOODS High-fat breads like pancakes, French toast, ?Biscuits ?Muffins ?French fries Avocados Limit high fat cooking, fried foods and cream sauces for veggies Red Meat like ?Beef ?Lamb ?Shell fish like prawns and crabs Whole milk and milk products Pulses should be cooked, water strained and used. LIMIT THESE TO 2 CUPS PER WEEK ? DRIED PEAS AND BEANS. All veggies are fine. LIMIT THESE TO 1 KATORI? mushrooms, spinach and cauliflower. Eggs, Poultry, Fish-LIMIT THIS TO ONCE A WEEK Take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200gm fruit (not juice). Go for a dietitian. Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Do 30 min of exercise a day. Visit a doctor and dietitian.
