Last week I was diagnosed with urti with fever. The doctor gave me an alsolve-dm, nise tablet, zady 500, alex cough lozenges and zincosarv. My symptoms have healed but I still have coughing, occasional headaches and extreme weakness, to the point where I can barely sit or stand straight, blurry vision and an upset stomach. Is it the medicines or is it something else? What do I do?

Most likely it is because you are still recovering from the infection. Have good nutritious diet with ample fruits and vegetables and have good amount of water to hydrate yourself. Most likely you will be ok in a week.
