I am having dandruff on my scalp and my moustache and chin area. Whenever I take stress it increases. I think it is seborrheic dermatitis. My face is also oily. What should I do to control this. Ketoconazole I have already tried but it breaks my hair.

Hello lybrate-user! mild dandruff can be treated with a gentle daily shampoo. If symptoms are returning then you need to shampoo daily and use anti dandruff shampoo twice a week. If the shampoo which you are using isn’t effective then switch to other anti dandruff shampoo which contain zinc / selenium sulphide/ salicylic acid. Moisturise your scalp by applying aloe vera, almond oil at night and shampoo next morning.
