1. Excersice daily- select a time when you can do your workout. If you cant go to gym you can do stretch exercise along with deep breathing followed by suryanamaskar and other forms of excersices. 2. You should have ample of water each day preferably 2-3 litres throughout the day. 3. Avoid oily, spicy and salty food items as they add on to the extra weight which is harmful. 4. Have atleast 6-7 hours sleep at night at a stretch. Avoid watching T.V. or surfing Mobile or laptop before going to bed. 5. Have a complete diet- make sure you take nourishing diet (big topic to explain without known your diet) 6. After every meal walk for sometime atleast 15 minutes with mouth closed. 7. Make sure the consumption of alcohol and non-veg diet is limited so that it will not have a negative impact on your body. 8. Include Green tea, blueberry juice, Amla juice and codliver oil (if you are a non-vegeterian) in your diet. Have fresh fruits daily in variation.
