My wife having age 38 years is suffering from ra since last 14 years, now in hrct report uip is reported. Honey combing in left lung. But her oxygen saturation is 99 and no difficulty in breathing or not much cough. Only light cough during morning time. Doctor advised her prednisone 20 mg daily for 3 weeks. Kindly advise how can we stop uip?
