I had conceived on clomid thrice, two miscarriages and one ectopic now my doctor prescribe me letrozole. My amh is 1.8 but my doctor told me that your situation is quite similar to pcos and your ovaries outer layer is thick and it can't properly release an egg so l want to know that which one is better clomid or femara, please suggest me some good options.

Both are equally effective but endometrium is better with letroz. Your problem is not conception but retention of pregnancy. If you get pregnant this time, consult your doctor regarding heparin injections.
