My amh is 1.8 and all others tests normal but not conceiving naturally rather by clomid and had two miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy semen analysis, normal tubes patent, cycle regular, so what should I do? Can I have another ovulation induction or straight go to ivf?

Hello lybrate-user. You have history of two miscarriages, so you and your partner will need some evaluation to try find a specific cause if possible. Since you are 32 years and amh which tells us about ovarian reserve, is little lower- borderline, you must not ideally go for ovulation induction alone. Rather iui can be tried for upto 2-3 cycles .if not successful, can go ahead with ivf. Also with previous history of miscarriages and ectopic pregnancy, make sure that your pregnancy is timely detected and vigilantly followed up once you conceive.
