Hi, i'm a singer and everything was normal 2 years back, later I got some voice issues and mild cold, then after multiple visits to different hospitals, I was diagnosed with mid one third sulcus vocalis. Could anyone suggest treatment for this? I want to continue my singing passion, I request to help please.

Vocal fold scar and sulcus vocalis may form due to unhealthy or inefficient voice use, intubation related trauma (from a breathing tube), history of laryngeal (voice box) infection, or radiation therapy.
