Symptoms of cml or colon cancer are persistent and progressive and not intermittent. The symptoms of these diseases keep on increasing and getting worse. Your symptoms are intermittent. So chances of cml or colon cancer are low. Slight abnormalities of complete blood count are common and in absence of related symptoms are nothing to be worried about. As of now no further investigations are required. Maintain healthy lifestyle.
