Hi im 23 years old. Being troubled with problems of not my age. I feel little pain sometimes when I pee. Only sometimes. But many times I feel urine inconsistency. Taken xray, scanning and tests. No particular defect. I think most probably it's my prostate as it fells something in the front when I poo. So I just want to know whether masturbation could have caused this and if it is prostate enlargement will it be completely reversible. I'm losing my life's confidence over this issue. Suggest me the one test that could correctly diagnose the problem. And please tell me whether prostate enlargement can be completely curable. I do not have diabetes.
