He has used benzocaine condoms 2 days back to last long in bed. But since then he has lost spontaneous erection. He is really worried about it since then. I want to know the reason behind this problem and how long will it take to resolve this problem?

Loss of spontaneous erection has nothing to do with benzocaine condom use. It could be due to some other cause. The onset of loss of spontaneous erection happened after benzocaine condom use is probably just by chance. Worrying is going to exacerbate the condition. It's in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist who might advise penile doppler to rule out any physical cause, if there is none, he will be treating the psychological cause. Regards.
