I am 25 years old and after covid I got mesenteric lymph nodes swelled in my intestines as I got ultrasound done it was 11 mm with loss of fatty helium but after one year the problem has still not gone and now there are no multiple mesenteric lymph nodes but few of size 12 mm with maintained fatty helium is it getting better or I just getting worse. But there is no pain or discomfort in stomach and no issue with feeling hungry also no vomiting or weakness but I am unable to gain weight and have loose motion and green stools. What should I do to gain weight as I am only 38 kgs.

You should exercise regularly, at least 30 mins, if possible more. With exercise you will be able to eat more food and your muscles will become stronger and you will gain weight.
