Hi, I am a male aged 30. I have a problem that there is sometimes a lump formed in the scrotum near the testicles some times when I masturbate I feel pain for some hours or may be fortnight or till the next day till the lump clears up. I am planning to get married soon. Please advice me why is it so and what can I do for that.

Pls leave this habit asap, it will harm your body and mind too. You may loose physical and mental strength. It may also lead to spinal pain and penile weakness later in life. Concentrate on your studies and career. Involve yourself in family and social activities. Avoid sleeping alone and loneliness. Do meditation and yog on regular basis.
