Hi Karthik. If you do not wish to continue this pregnancy it can be safely and effectively terminated by medicines these days provided you take them in correct dosage and technique. However I would like to confirm whether you have done the home pregnancy test and checked? because delay in periods could be due to hormonal imbalance also which could be due to stress and anxiety.
