Greetings, I ve my medicals next week. I was going through medical requirements and found that I ve some small hard ball like structure at back of my left testicles. It is not on the left testicles, but it is attached by some kind of veins. But I can touch and feel the small ball inside the scrotum. I ve searched on internet and found that it may be epididymis cyst or spermatocele. I am worried, is it a serious issue? Also there is nothing that sort of small ball in right scrotum. P.s- it is hard and small ball, loosely away from testicles and connected to it via veins, no pain or nothing. I ve no hernia or varicocele or hydrocele.
