My tsh level now reduced to. 97 from 10.49 within 2 months. I am taking 50 mg thyronorm. Whether I should continue this dose or change it. please suggest me. And suggest any diet to maintain this level.

Seemaji, tsh level of 0.97 milli units/l is good. Ideally on treatment tsh should come down to 3 to 4 milli units/l. Your level is a bit lower than that. You may look at reducing the dose by about 12.5 mcg per day. But tsh level should be checked after 6 weeks to see if that dose is adequate or needs any adjustment. There is no special diet. You will have to avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Should use more of whole grain flour for roti and chapatis, no refined flour like maida or items made of that. Avoid high fat milk products. Also refrain from alcohol and smoking. Plus daily exercise of 1 hour a day is a necessity. Thanks for the question.
