Benign anal conditions like anal fissures do respond very well to symptomatic management. Apart from the treatment that you are already taking, I would suggest you do the following for better symptom control - have plent of fluids/ green vegetables, salad, fruits. - high fibre diet (like wheat bread, rice, pulse, garms, etc. Avoiding oily, spicy foods is a must). - sitz bath twice - thrice daily (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes each time) - oint dilitazem 2% and lignocaine gel (to be applied each time after performing sitz bath, after defecation and at night while sleeping) - syrup lactulose 30-45 ml (at night time after meals or twice daily as desired) to avoid constipation doing all these should bring a better symptomatic relief in around 2 weeks. In case, symptoms are not controlled or increased, you can always seek surgery as the treatment option. Kindly do an audio/video consultation to know more. Best regards.

Hello lybrate-user, daflon tab is ok, but anovate is not going to help you much .better to take ointment like escot or fidonal or anorelief. Apply it with your finger inside the anus, before going for toilet and also adopt hot sitz bath twice daily.
