Whenever you get cold make it a practice not to clean nose abruptly, this will lead to ears closed, keep a habit of chewing this will help you in nit getting trouble so often, cold allergy can be treated by keeping your mouth hydrated keep yourself mouth hydrated in this dry weathe by taking good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you.
