Hello I am 30 years old. I am mother of 2 kids in past I got treated with covid some changes mentally after my fathers death covid family situations etc. Some times I am feeling like my world around me is full of sad and its like black and white with no smiles or colours in their life totally I see sadness in even plants completely I feel like crying and scared of future scared of kids husband family and scared of everything including death fear.
