Hello. My mother's age is about 55. And from childhood she has a really bad environment in family. She was always scolded and told that she is good for nothing. Even her marriage got failed. I'm the only daughter of her. From this month she has taken stress too far. She has high bp from month and anxiety. But this week she started behaving weird. She says she is hearing some voices that is insulting her in her head. And she started having symptoms of hearing hallucinations. Doctor has prescribed me this medication. 1. Flutee (fluoxetine) 20 mg tab 1 tablet once daily in the morning for 10 days 2. close md 0.25 tablet twice daily for 10 days. 3. Nexito (escitalopram) 10 mg at bed time for 10 days is this fine? Or should I consult another doctor and is this safe for her? She is very weak in nature and has kidney stones from 5 years. Bp issues and thyroid. Can she take these medicines?
