I was unable to sleep even for a minute last night though I tried whole night. Is that a serous concern.

Follow these simple steps and consult again if you have any problems: avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in sleep in the second half exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon.
