Hi firstly do not use ear buds for cleaning ears. You may accidentally injure the ear drum will lead to hearing loss. Usage of ear buds will only push the wax more inside instead of bringing out. Since you have a blockade you will have had impacted wax which swells up whenever water goes in during a head bath. So use sole wax drops three drops four times a day for a week than go get it cleaned by an ent specialist.
