I have low haemoglobin. Taking livogen and beetroot daily. Have noticed urine color to be reddish/ orange. Stools are black. Wat can be the cause?

In case of anaemia causes can be intestinal bleeding due to which you have low hemoglobine first rule it out. When you consume iron tablets usually stools are hard and dark. Consult an ayurveda physician for clarity.
