I am a 21 yt old woman, african american. The right side of my neck is larger and I have a swollen occipital/posterior cervical lymph node (1.5 cm 0.2 cm short axis). Arrhythmia, dermatitis, and visual issues. Denied further imaging. What could be the cause?
