26 years old female married. I've been diagnosed with pcod recently. My doctor started triquilar tab. I did the 21 days course. When should I expect my periods to come.

You are not supposed to wait for your periods. Continue the medicine like 21 tab 7 day gap then next pack from 8th day again for at least 3-6 months. Regularly taking this medicine will slowly sync your cycle to rhythm, when your cycle ll bcm regular without pills. If everytime you wait for your period to come, and then start next pack, the pill will not be able to sync your cycle.
