My name is rahul keshri and i'm 23 yrs. Old I have some physical problems like whenever I eat or what I eat my, and when I do toilet my urine is fully yellow and my eyes are yellow too my digestive system is not strong I can't digest food easily, I can't gain weight i'm 23 years old but my weight is only 46 kg my legs are always paining too.
