Sir I had bisexual exposure accidentally in oct 2021. After 4 days I watched some blood in anus while stool and some wounds in the groin .just I had taken azithromycin for 3 days they went away. At the same time herpes zoster has found on my chest. It was treated by dermatologist. On 30th day after exposure had test for hiv dna pcr quantitative the viral load shown as 2350 copies I had shocked .the same hiv dna pcr quantitative on another laboratory is target not detected. I went to ictc they asked to do hiv dna pcr qualative is negative at 45 days. And at 80 days hivp24 antigen is negative and after 100 days western blot and hiv dna pcr qualative is negative. At three 4 months hiv test at ictc is negative. After 7 months hiv test is negative. And also tested for vdrl rpr, vdrl titer, hbs ag and hcv and anti chalyamida igg and igm are negative. All the test are negative. But one thing after exposure frequent symptoms like oral thrush and sores on tongue comes and go frequently. And excessive sweating in the groin and lumps in the groin is present after 3 months of exposure and it is extended to inner thigh .after 1.5 year same lumps present on anther side .excessive flatulence and loss of hip muscle cause chaffing. I do not understand from what disease I am suffering. On the exposure day I had seen tension in partner .he told that sores on penis present and go away. He also said burning and pain at intercourse. I think it is due to sti. I think it is transfer to me. Now the test are negative. But symptoms are present. What disease it is. I had found this symptoms same as lymphogranuloma verenelum. There is any specific test for rectal lgv. please doctors help me .and please diagnose my condition and mention specific treatment.
